Description

Serpyll Thyme, also known as wild thyme, is a common plant throughout Europe and North Africa that is widespread and has many uses: in cooking, as an ornamental and medicinal plant.
Compared to common thyme, it has a more intense and bitter flavor.
The DA EMY farm, grows these flowers in a field within the protected territory of the Gran Paradiso National Park, complete with its own quality label.
Properties: Cough soother, aids digestion.
How to use Herbal tea Mince the contents of the sachet, put one tablespoon in a cup of boiling water.
Let stand for about 4 minutes, then strain.
In the kitchen For flavoring your dishes.
Liqueur When steeped in alcohol, it releases a very balsamic flavor and makes a very special digestive liqueur.
