The Classic G\u00e9n\u00e9py at Emy’s<\/a><\/b><\/h2>\n

The G\u00e9n\u00e9py<\/a> is the<\/span> <\/span>typical <\/b>Aosta Valley<\/b>liqueur <\/b>, fragrant and flavorful: it tastes exactly like the Alps, which is why it is so well known and appreciated by the people of Valle d’Aosta.<\/span>This <\/span>liqueur <\/b>is a base of <\/span>alcohol <\/b>e <\/span>Dried inflorescences of the seedling of the same name<\/b>, a grass that grows in the mountains at very high altitudes.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can find it here in the <\/span>classical<\/b>, obtained from the <\/span>maceration<\/b> seedlings of <\/span>in alcohol<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The White G\u00e9n\u00e9py at Emy’s<\/a><\/b><\/h2>\n

This version <\/b>is obtained through a different process from that used in the production of classic liqueur.<\/span><\/p>\n

To obtain the so-called <\/span>G\u00e9n\u00e9py white<\/b><\/a> it is necessary to go through self-distillation and not maceration of aromatic seedlings:<\/span><\/p>\n

Le <\/span>inflorescences of Artemisia Umbelliformis <\/b>are wrapped in a cloth and simply left <\/span>suspended<\/b> Above the bottle containing the alcohol that, <\/span>after about 60 days<\/b>, it will take on the aromas of the dried seedlings and consequently change in taste.<\/span><\/p>\n
