The seedlings of <\/strong> <\/span>g\u00e9n\u00e9py <\/strong>are valuable <\/span>herbs<\/b> typical of high mountain areas.
\nThe g\u00e9n\u00e9py grows in the Alps at altitudes between 1700 and 3500 meters.
\nIt is used in the production of a typical Aosta Valley liqueur of the same name. <\/span><\/p>\n

The g\u00e9n\u00e9py seedling we will send you comes from the <\/span>100% organic cultivation<\/b> by <\/span>Emilia Berthod<\/b>, who has been cultivating wild mountain seedlings with deep passion and great dedication since 2002. <\/span>“The g\u00e9n\u00e9py is a very common plant in the Alps and generally throughout Europe<\/span><\/i> – recounts <\/span>Emy <\/b>–<\/span> It grows above 2,000 meters.

USE:<\/b><\/p>\n

The <\/span>dried mountain g\u00e9n\u00e9py <\/b>is used to produce the famous <\/span>liqueur <\/b>Valle d’Aosta, also known as <\/span>G\u00e9n\u00e9py<\/b>, named after the plant from which it is made.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make this typical liqueur, you need to macerate the <\/span>dried seedlings of g\u00e9n\u00e9py<\/b> in the<\/span>alcohol <\/b>for at least <\/span>one month<\/b> and then dilute the resulting infusion with a solution of <\/span>water<\/b> e<\/span> sugar<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n
