“Climate change, pesticide use, pests and intensive monocultures have endangered the lives of these very useful insects,” <\/em>explains Alexander Anserm\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> – To protect the bees, I take them “on vacation” in the high mountains, in pristine landscapes, and monitor their health through constant inspection of the hives located between Gressoney, Ayas, Champorcher, Champdepraz, Issogne and Donnas.\nEach hive is managed exclusively with natural and sustainable methods <\/em>“.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
